Favorite XC/TF memory to date: The trip with my team up to New York for the Nike Cross Nationals Meet.

What do you enjoy most about the sport of XC and/or TF: I like how the team acts like a family. We all have each other’s back when something happens.

Academic Highlights: National Honors Society. Distinguished Honor Roll in high school for freshman, sophomore, and junior year.

Favorite HS class to date and why: Robotics because I can code a program and have the robot act out what I told them to do.

March 16-22: Weekly mileage – 44 miles/week at 7 min pace (50 minutes a day plus 2 workouts, one long run, and a break day). Best workout from the week was a tempo run (10 minute warm-up, 20 minutes at 5:50 tempo, 10 minute recovery, 5×1 minute on&offs, 10 min cool down)
