Favorite XC/TF memory to date: Breaking 17-min in my first meet sophomore year. Running a PR at Paul Short. Breaking 10-min in the 3200m as a freshman in my last meet of that season.
What do you enjoy most about the sport of XC and/or TF: I enjoy running in groups. I also like the strategy involved in the sport.

Other information about me: Other than running, I enjoy playing basketball. I helped coach my youngest brother’s basketball team this winter (1st and 2nd graders).
March 30-April 5: Ran 49 miles this week. Best workout of the week was: 8 miles with 4 tempo miles over hills (5:56, 5:47, 5:55, 5:43)
March 23-29: Ran 50 miles this week. Best workout of the week was: 2 mile w/u, 6x800s starting at 2:40 dropping to 2:25, 1.75 mile c/d.
March 16-22: I ran 51 miles this week. Best workout of the week was: 15 min easy, 6x100m strides, 4 miles tempo at 5:50 pace, 3 min recovery jog, 5×1 min hard with 1 min recovery jog, 15 min easy (this was a continuous run):
