XC (2020 – junior season): Finished 20th at the PIAA State XC Championships (Class AAA). Placed 4th at the LL League Championship meet. Placed 2nd at the PIAA Foundation Invitational at Hershey running 16:44. 1st Team LL League XC All-star.
T/F (2020 – sophomore season) – Set new PRs in solo time trials (during COVID lockdown) – 5k – 15:52; 3200m – 9:43; 1600m – 4:33
XC (2019 – sophomore season): Named 2019 1st Team LL League XC All-star. Placing 12th overall at 2019 LL League XC Championships.
T/F (2018 – freshman season): Placing 11th in the 3200m at the 2019 LL League T/F Championships.
Favorite XC/TF memory to date: Breaking 17-min in my first meet sophomore year. Running a PR at Paul Short. Breaking 10-min in the 3200m as a freshman in my last meet of that season.
What do you enjoy most about the sport of XC and/or TF: I enjoy running in groups. I also like the strategy involved in the sport.
