The current rankings score teams based on the PTFCA Indoor State event schedule which includes the 4×200 and DMR and only includes one throwing discipline (shot). The rankings could change drastically when we switch to outdoors.

About the rankings, all schools regardless of classification who compete in District 3 and District 6 are included. Invitational Scoring is used (1st – 10pts, 2nd – 8pts, 3rd – 6pts, 4th – 5pts, 5th – 4pts, 6th – 3pts, 7th – 2pts, and 8th – 1pt). This is NOT a dual meet ranking system. Some logic is built into the rankings in such a way that 1 athlete can’t score in more than 3 individual events. The rankings are based on performances from the current indoor season only.
