Some names you know and some names you’re soon to know. Here is a look at athletes who have already made big improvements in 2023.

Let’s start with the rookies, those freshmen who have already made a splash on the 2023 outdoor track and field season:

Ella Bahn, fr Spring Grove – Bahn ran a CPAR freshmen class record in the 100mH of 14.60 at Bruce Dallas. She won the event by .06s over Susquehannock’s Ryleigh Marks. She then cleared 5-2 in the High Jump and ran 2:23.38 for 800m. Bahn was one of the area’s top freshmen XC runners in the fall.
