The CPAR and PA rankings listed below do not take into consideration the type of track. For example, banked 200m tracks are faster than flat 200m tracks. 300m flat tracks are also faster than 200m flat tracks. The PTFCA does a conversion for 200m flat tracks and 300m flat tracks to get an equivalent time for a 200m banked track. So, while the Ephrata boys 4x400m is ranked CPAR #3 with their 3:29.83 and JP McCaskey is ranked CPAR #2 with a time of 3:28.69 the Ephrata boys got into states over JP McCaskey as their 200m flat track time converts to a time faster than JP McCaskey’s 200m banked time.
