Here are the updated District 3 Class AAA Girls Performance List and Team Power Rankings for the week ending Sunday May 3, 2024. 

Conestoga Valley, Cedar Crest, JP McCaskey, and Spring Grove could all win the District 3 Team Title in less than 2 weeks. Ella Bahn (so, Spring Grove) and Kaddel Howard (so, Cedar Crest) score in 5 events so we made new score projections based on what we believe they will compete in at Districts (can only compete in 4 events).
