2025 Team Champion: Manheim Township, 56 Points

2025 Recap: The Manheim Township girls dominated the LL League last season, capturing their fifth consecutive league title. The Blue Streaks won by an impressive 69 points over Class AA runner-up Pequea Valley. Both of last year’s top two teams went on to win their respective District 3 titles, and both will look to defend those championships in 2026. While Manheim Township’s team victory came as little surprise, the individual champion was a bit more unexpected. Carolynn Main has always shown elite track speed, but she put that speed on full display at the LL League Championships last year. Main pulled off the upset over her own teammate, Ruby Garner-Valle, to capture the individual gold and establish herself as one of the league’s top returning runners.
