2025 Individual Champion: Ryne Coble, Red Lion, 16:20.20

2025 Team Champion: Dallastown, 98 Points

2025 Recap: Dallastown took the team title in 2025, edging York Suburban by just nine points. Depth ultimately decided the meet for the Wildcats, as their 3-5 runners finished 21st, 25th, and 26th. York Suburban had a strong top three, placing all three runners inside the top 10, but their lack of depth ultimately allowed Dallastown to come away with the victory. Red Lion had the strongest trio in the conference, led by individual champion Ryne Coble, runner-up Matthew Yost, and fifth-place finisher Levi Crowe. Dallastown was also the top-finishing YAIAA team at the PIAA District 3 Championships, placing seventh overall.

2026 Team Additions: Big Spring, AA (Mid Penn Conference –> South Central Conference), James Buchanan, AA (Mid Penn Conference –> South Central Conference), Shalom Christian, A (Commonwealth Christian Conference –> South Central Conference)
