2025 Team Champion: Annville-Cleona, 90 Points

2025 Recap: Annville-Cleona nearly edged out league opponent Octorara by just 9 points, where the top-end talent from the Dutchmen of Annville-Cleona could not be handled by the Braves of Octorara. Northern Lebanon was the last team to qualify for states as a team, making the LL League control the top three teams in the district last season. Both Conrad Weiser and Susquehannock just missed making it to the State Championship as a team, where they both finished within 10 points of Northern Lebanon.
