Gabrielle Houck (senior, Red Lion): Houck captured the individual title at the SCAC XC Championships on Saturday morning, running 18:36 to win the race by 15 seconds.

Natalie Quinn (senior, Chambersburg): Quinn won the individual title at the Mid-Penn Conference XC Championships on Saturday, running 18:09 to take the victory by 10 seconds.

Boys:

Benjamin Farbman (senior, Dallastown): Farbman got the morning started on a strong note for Dallastown at the SCAC XC Championships on Saturday, running 15:50 to win the race by 12 seconds.

Luke Bradbury (senior, State College): Bradbury dominated the field at the Mid-Penn Conference XC Championships, breaking the 15-minute barrier with a 14:59 performance to win the race by 43 seconds.
