Here is a look at the top centralPA returnees from the 2017 Carlisle Invitational. We also included some new competitors to Carlisle in 2018. To make the list, runners needed to have run 17:00 min or less (boys) or 20:00 min or less (girls) at the 2017 Carlisle Invitational, or have run those times already in 2018.
