Twin Valley boys go 3-0 and take 5 of the first 6 spots. Tulpehocken picks up their #2 and #3 wins of the year. They had 1 all of last season. Tulpy’s JV defeated Twin Valley 27-28 today. They’ll be one to watch in the years ahead in D3A.
Griffin Schlegel takes the individual victory today in 17:47 as Twin Valley’s top guys ran together for much of the race.

Twin Valley’s Laura Posh takes the win in 21:03. Quinn Holl (Hamburg) breaks up the Twin Valley sweep finishing 2nd in 22:11. Twin Valley picks up the wins over Reading and Hamburg.

Impressive race up front today at Wyomissing. The Spartan’s Thomas Foster and Ben Kuhn go 1-2 running 15:53 and 15:58. Muhlenberg‘s Jonathan Thrush finishes 3rd in 16:09. Wyomissing earns 3 victories today.

Governor Mifflin has been moving up our D3AAA rankings and currently sit at #6. They put together another dominant performance today at Wyomissing. Grace Kuhn (Wyomissing) takes the victory in 19:43; Governor Mifflin then takes the next 6 spots.

The match-up between Wilson and Exeter was our girl’s match-up of the week and it didn’t disappoint. The Bulldogs pick up the narrow victory 27-30 over the Eagles. Caryn Rippey continues her strong sophomore season picking up a commanding win by nearly 1 minute over quality competition. She runs a 5kXC PR of 19:04.
