Gettysburg, Kennard-Dale, and South Western @ Central York

Boys

#6 D3AAA Gettysburg moves to 11-0 on the season! Andrew Hirneisen picks up another win, this time running 17:00. Gettysburg did get pushed today by our #2 ranked team in D3AA, the Rams of Kennard-Dale.

Girls

The South Western girls earned a trio of victories today with one of those being a close 27-32 win over Gettysburg. Anne Bair (Gettysburg) got the win in 21:06. South Western’s Paige Watson runs 21:10 for 2nd.

Boys

Northeastern goes 4-0 on the day and gets the individual win from James Herman in 17:26. Red Lion picks up 3 wins on the day.

Girls

The Northeastern girls continue to roll. They are the #2 ranked team in D3AAA and faced a tough test today in Red Lion and still put 6 girls in the top 10. Red Lion sits just outside the top 1 ranked teams and has a very strong 1-2-3 trio. Margaret Carroll’s excellent season continues as she picks up the individual win running 19:40. Red Lion’s Gwendolyn Lloyd was close behind in 2nd running 19:44.

Our #1 ranked team in D3AA (and Penntrackxc’s #1 team in the state (AA)), York Suburban, picked up 3 more wins today. Grant Kern picks up the individual win running 17:31.

Girls

Dallastown goes 3-0 on the day and Emily Schuler picks up another individual win, running 20:58.

New Oxford and West York @ Fairfield

Boys

West York picks up 2 wins in YAIAA competition, defeating both Fairfield and New Oxford. Thomas Urrunaga picks up the individual win running 18:18.

West York places 3 girls in the top 5. They pick up two team wins today. Fairfield‘s Morgan Dennison wins by over 1 minute in 21:25.
