The 2nd Annual BE FAST Track Invitational kicks off tomorrow at 9:30AM with the girls 3200m run. The annual event raises money for community stroke education and support groups while offering competitive track events open to all ages. You can still register for events until 11:59PM at this link. The cost to enter is only $10 and you may enter in as many events as you want.

Key Information:
- At Manheim Township High School
- Gates open at 8AM
- Athletes need to check in at the registration desk upon entering the stadium
- 2L Raceservices will be providing timing services
- CentralPARunner will be providing live feeds on Instagram (Thanks to our race day correspondents Mackenzie Stellmach and Madi Long of Annville-Cleona!)
- 6 race divisions: 19 and over (men and women), 13 and under (boys and girls), and High School (boys and girls)
- Medals to the top 3 finishers in each division
- A jar of Betsy Lantz’s Hot Sweet Mustard will be given to winners of each high school race as well. A jar will also be given to the winner of each Chocolate Milk Mile Section.
- T-shirts will be on sale for $15/each. Last year’s t-shirts will be on sale for $10/each
- Concessions will be open


- This is a fund raiser, so please bring some cash 🙂

Chocolate Milk Mile Rules:
- There will be 5 heats!
- This is a full mile
- Drink 12 ounces of Oregon Dairy Chocolate between the exchange zone, throw cup in trash can and run a lap. Drink 12 ounces each subsequent lap for a total of 48 ounces. You may not leave the exchange zone until you finish your cup. Failure to drink all of the chocolate milk or spilling your chocolate milk could lead to disqualification!
- Trash cans will be positioned on the infield around the track. If you need to vomit please do so in a trash can! Failure to do so will lead to disqualification and a spot on the bench of shame! Hahaha.
- If a boy or girl breaks the meet record centralparunner will make an additional donation to the event of $200!
