2025 Outdoor Track and Field Preview: District 3 AAA Boys

Take a deep dive into the standout returning athletes entering the 2025 Outdoor Track and Field season, ranked by their personal records. As the preview concludes, we unveil our pre-season top five teams, based on projected scoring for the PIAA District 3 Championships. This spring promises to deliver one of the most competitive District 3 Championships in history.

100m

  • Gabriel Scott, sr Central Dauphin – 10.33; Scott is coming off an indoor state title in the 60m dash where he blasted a new PR of 6.75. He was the 2024 District 3 Champion and finished 2nd at States running 10.40. He lowered his 100m PR to 10.33 at New Balance Outdoor Nationals where he would finish 2nd. He’s committed to Mississippi State University.
  • Jayden Johnson, sr Conestoga Valley – 10.61; placed 7th at Districts in 2024. Committed to West Chester for Football.
  • Nick Keller, sr Ephrata – 10.70; while capable of a fast 100m, he will likely focus on the 200m and 400m come post-season.
  • Ke’Aune Green, sr Cumberland Valley – 10.71; Green had a great indoor season and just missed the award stand in the 60m finishing 9th overall. He placed 3rd at the 2024 District 3 meet and finished the year with a 9th place finish at States
  • Cameron Cremi, so Daniel Boone – 10.77
  • Antonio Harrison II, sr Chambersburg – 10.81; placed 4th at Districts and 15th in the State in 2024.
  • Grady Garner, sr Governor Mifflin – 10.85; Committed to Shippensburg University for Football.
  • Sekou Bryan, sr Harrisburg – 10.89; ran a new 60m PR this winter of 7.11. Bryan placed 6th at Districts and 17th in the State last spring.
  • Blake Mallast, sr Chambersburg – 10.93

Note: Lex Cyrus (Susquehanna Township) has enrolled at the University of South Carolina (football) and will not compete this spring. He was the 2023 PIAA State Champion in the 100m and owns a PR of 10.41. He finished 3rd in the state last year.
