The 2025 Outdoor Track and Field season has officially arrived! As we gear up for an exciting year, let’s spotlight the standout athletes in District 3 AAA, ranked by their personal records. Plus, we’ll dive into an early projection of the top five teams, using District 3 Championship scoring as our guide. Get ready for a season full of tremendous performances and great competition!
100m
- Tamryn Premici, sr CD East – 12.10; finished 2nd to Laila Campbell at Districts in 2024. She finished her junior year with a 10th place finish at states. This past winter she ran a new 60m PR of 7.78 and finished 9th in the state.
- Olianna Oravitz, sr Solanco – 12.19; finished 4th at Districts and 12th at States last season. Ran a 7.85 60m dash PR this winter. Oravitz also excels in the jumps. She is committed to Millersville University.
- Kaddel Howard, jr Cedar Crest – 12.28; Could she go for a sweep of the sprints at Districts this year? She has previously focused on the 200m and 400m and relays, but if Cedar Crest doesn’t have a strong 4×800 this year she could add the 100m to her District’s schedule.
- Talia Leber, so Hempfield – 12.41
- Corrine Miller, so JP McCaskey – 12.45; placed 9th at Districts last season.
- Sarah Bard, jr Solanco – 12.45; finished 6th in the District. Ran a new 60m PR this winter in 8.04.
- Sierra Hess, sr Governor Mifflin – 12.55; earned all-state in soccer for the Mustangs.
- Alexa Rank, so Northern – 12.58
- Maddy Waldron, so Palmyra – 12.58
- Ayva Fisher, jr Conestoga Valley – 12.59
The top short sprinter in District 3 this season may be JP McCaskey freshman Ella Petrosky who recently finished 3rd at PTFCA Indoor States in the 60m. She set an indoor PR in the event of 7.58.
