Girls:

Kate Ferris (freshman, Trinity): Ferris continues her impressive freshman season, winning the Diocesan Invitational by 46 seconds in a time of 20:45. Her performance helped Trinity secure the team victory by just one point over York Catholic.

Leah Navarro (junior, Dallastown): Navarro was the top finisher for Dallastown at the Northampton Invitational, helping the Wildcats take the team title. She placed third individually in 18:44. Navarro also picked up a win at the York Tech quad-meet, running 20:48.

Chloe Joslyn (junior, Boiling Springs): The LVC Dutchmen Invitational featured a strong field of District 3 teams, and Joslyn came out on top in the girls’ race. She dominated the competition, winning by 18 seconds while running 19:01 for 5K.

Julia Leady (senior, Daniel Boone): Leady was named the CPAR Athlete of the Week last week after her victory at the Warwick Twilight Tune Up, and she followed it up with another win this Saturday. Leady ran 18:39 to win the PTXC Invitational by 55 seconds.

Boys:

Patrick Tanney (senior, Trinity): Trinity took the top three spots at the Diocesan Invitational, led by Patrick Tanney, who won the race by 25 seconds in 17:19.

Stephen Atteberry (junior, Manheim Township): Atteberry was Manheim Township’s top finisher at the Trials of Miles Invitational, placing runner-up in the boys’ race with a 15:55 5K.

Daniel Dunkleberger (junior, Lower Dauphin): Dunkleberger finished as the runner-up at last week’s Warwick Twilight Tune Up, but came out on top this week at the LVC Dutchmen Invitational. He ran 15:37 to claim the victory by 5.1 seconds.

Benjamin Farbman (senior, Dallastown): Farbman showed out at the Northampton Invitational, winning the Class AAA race in 15:46 against a strong field of District 1’s top runners. Farbman also won their quad-meet at York Tech by 47 seconds, running 16:46.
